For over twenty-five years we have been applying innovative techniques to the building industry here
in the central valley of California. From foam insulated tanks to fire suppression systems to
specialized flooring, our methods have answered the problems of professionals in many different
businesses. I could not have done it without a skilled force of specialized people. I owe them
a debt of gratitude for making Matheny what it is today.
Our Project Management team not only has a great depth of experience and knowledge in the
construction industry, but also retains the skills to implement the required procedures to insure a
smooth conclusion to a project.

Professional qualifications include Licensed General Building Contractor and Owner/President of Ira Matheny, Inc. for 28 years and dba Matheny Industrial Builders for 9 years, Design/Builder for 14 years, a Member of Association of Plant Engineers, and affiliated with various trade associations. Total of 32 years experience in the construction industry.
Project management experience ranges from tilt-ups, pre-engineered metal buildings, office buildings, tenant improvements, wine facility construction, various food processing industries, and waste water facilities. Has worked in private and public sectors.
'Design-Build' experience for projects as simple as one or two trades, and as complex as complete turn-key offices, plants, and warehouses.

Corporate Vice President and Secretary with Ira Matheny, Inc. d.b.a. Matheny Industrial Builders. Over twenty-seven years experience in the construction business. Her position in the company is as Controller.
Education includes a B.A. in accounting. Owner of Construction 'Data Management Specialists', an accounting and consulting business for over 10 years in the Central Valley, specializing in serving clients in the construction industry. As a certified trainer in "Master Builder", a complete construction management system, has set up accounting and job cost systems specific to the client’s business and has been retained as a consultant.
Holds a California Contractor’s license and has completed many seminars including employer-employee relationships, labor laws, and mechanic’s lien laws.
